This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the Service, including account and profile features, email, saved and tracked positions, product analytics, support messages, and optional brokerage connections. It does not apply to data you provide directly to your broker or to third party market data providers under their own policies.

• Account data: email address, password (stored hashed), and profile settings
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, saved positions, device and browser information, and IP address
• Brokerage connection: if you enable automated execution, the access tokens needed to place orders through your connected broker (for example Interactive Brokers). We never take custody of your funds or securities; your assets remain with your broker at all times.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.

4)How We Use Your Data

• To provide the Service: stream real time quotes, run the calculations that surface hedged positions, and let you save and track them
• To provide optional automated execution through your connected broker
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse
• To improve features and understand how the Service is used
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (security, improvement, and communications), your consent (where required, for example certain analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.

• Market data providers that supply real time quotes and pricing
• Your connected broker, solely to place the orders you authorize
